I've spent 15-plus years being called into hard situations. Not the ones where things are going well and someone just needs to hold the line. The ones where something is broken, stuck, or at a crossroads, and there's no clean answer. I assess, recommend, rebuild, and get things moving again.
That pattern has repeated across every company I've worked for, from PE-backed portfolios to global footwear brands. My deepest domain is digital commerce, specifically Amazon and marketplace strategy: first-party and third-party models, catalog and content operations, channel economics, retail media, and the executive alignment it takes to actually move a business.
Most recently, I served as SVP of Digital Commerce at Buffalo Games, leading a $100M GMV multi-brand portfolio and chairing the company's AI Steering Committee, through June 2026. Before that, VP of Digital at EastPoint Sports, and VP of Global Marketplaces at KEEN, where I scaled a team from 4 people to 25 and delivered 4x revenue growth.

Visit BK Blueprint ->I think in systems. When I describe a problem, I'm usually mapping it to a bigger pattern. I'd rather get ahead of a problem than react to it, and I don't believe in leaving something the way it is just because it's always been that way. Progress is a product of informed trial and error.

Structure is freedom. Chaos creates real friction, so I build systems. Not because I like systems for their own sake, but because they make room for the things that actually matter: being present, making good decisions, doing meaningful work without burning through all your energy on coordination overhead.
Based in Pittsburgh, originally from Wisconsin and still connected to those Midwest roots. Father to Harper and Grayson. When I'm not working I'm usually doing something hands-on around the house, on the water, or on a soccer field. Ten-plus years running soccer events and managing player personnel, a group of people I now consider family.
