I've spent 15-plus years being called into hard situations, not the ones where things are going well, but the ones where something is broken, stuck, or at a crossroads. My deepest domain is digital commerce and marketplace strategy: first- and third-party models, catalog and content operations, channel economics, retail media, and the executive alignment it takes to actually move a business. Most recently I was SVP of Digital Commerce at Buffalo Games, before that VP of Digital at EastPoint Sports and VP of Global Marketplaces at KEEN.
Today I run two companies. BK Blueprint is the same instinct applied at a different scale: you can't automate what isn't organized. BK Built proves the same discipline works in the physical world too, not just inside a screen.
